New Braunfels Art League Artists

     Annette Myers is a photographer and oil/acrylic painter who is not a native Texas, but got here as soon as she could.  She has been a photographer since 2000 and a painter since around 2005.  Her first love is photography and she is self-taught.   She states that God's beauty, whether people, animals, or landscapes, is her inspiration for her artwork.      Her painting career began with personal art lessons from William Hallmark, a famous painter who resides in the great state of Alabama.  Annette is a nurse by occupation and spends her spare time looking for special photography events and opportunities, painting with her husband, and horseback riding.  You can contact her at 512-558-1686 or email her at amyersfineart@gmail.com.

Laraine has always wanted to be an artist. She is self taught and has developed her own style of realism in her paintings.  She paints in acrylics, watercolors, pastels and has recently taken up sculpting and pottery making.
